Tuition Schedule and Payment Options for New Enrollees

Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12

Holy Trinity Episcopal School offers Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 education. Multiple tuition payment plans are available, including: Single Payment – due June 1, 2011; Two Payments – due June 1, 2011 and December 1, 2011; or Twelve Monthly Payments – drafted from checking accounts on the 5th or 20th of each month beginning June 2011.

Financial Aid

Holy Trinity Episcopal School has a limited financial aid program available. Financial Aid is available for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Parents may apply for financial aid after the student has been accepted to the school. All financial aid is need-based and confidential. Applications for financial aid remain strictly independent of the admission process. Parents wishing to apply for financial aid should complete the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment Application at factstuitionaid.com. Please call the school for more information. Admission Procedure

Admission into the school is based on the following criteria:

• An interview with parents of the student
  
• Copies of birth certificate and immunization records
  
• Past academic records and student performance, including previous standardized testing, if available
  
• Completed confidential teacher evaluation form
  
• A classroom visit
  
• A completed admission application accompanied by an application fee of $85.00

Upon notice of acceptance, parents will be asked to complete and sign a Student Enrollment Contract. The contract will be returned to the school office with a non-refundable registration fee.
