Holy Trinity Episcopsl School

Athletics

The Holy Trinity Titan athletic program is an expanding program. It is our goal to complement our high standard of academic excellence with equally excellent athletes and athletic teams. We endeavor to teach teamwork, sportsmanship, self-discipline, respect, and integrity. Athletes are taught a work ethic that translates into positive results on and off the playing field. Athletic teams are challenged to work in concert with each other to achieve common goals while individuals are encouraged to take leadership roles in the context of teamwork. The self-confidence, leadership skills, and commitment to teamwork developed in the Titan athletic program prepares our students to lead productive and healthy lives.

Middle School athletics began in the 2005 – 2006 school year. The program featured six interscholastic teams for students in grades five through eight. The Titans compete in the North Houston Athletic League (NHAL). Each sport concludes with a season ending district tournament.

Holy Trinity's small size and offerings in a variety of sports ensure that over the course of a school year every student has the opportunity to participate in athletics and wear a Titan uniform. The staff and volunteer coaches strive to develop athletes that are constantly improving, hardworking, disciplined, and schooled in the fundamental skills of their sport.

Holy Trinity's 79 acres in northeast Houston allows for expansion of athletic fields. Holy Trinity's sports facilities include a football/soccer field, a multipurpose gymnasium, and a baseball field donated by Coca Cola, Minute Maid and the Houston Astros.
