School Board

A Board of Directors governs Holy Trinity Episcopal School and is charged to hold in trust the integrity of the school. Board responsibilities include:

Develop the overall policies and objectives of the school
Employ and work closely with the Head of School
Maintain the financial integrity of the school
Provide the Head of School with advice, direction, expertise and active support as needed
Charge the Head of School with the responsibility for the implementation of the charter and policies of the Board
Charge the Head of School with the authority for the day-to-day operation of the school
Implement periodic Board self-evaluation.

The Directors elect members for three-year terms on a rotating basis. A Director may be re-elected to a consecutive three-year term, but is not eligible for re-election for one year following the expiration of the second term. An elected Director may not serve more than six consecutive years.
